We’re so sorry you’re not happy with your purchase. We are happy to offer an exchange within 10 days of purchasing your product.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@auntiedellas.com. Once your exchange is accepted, you are responsible for the shipping and handling costs associated with returning merchandise. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Please send all exchanges to the following address:

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, once your shipping and handling costs are paid, the item will be sent to you immediately.
