Unfortunately, sometimes things happen with shipping that are out of our control. Della's is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages. Please ensure that your shipping information is correct to avoid a delay in your order's delivery date. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to the respective carrier. The Della's team is always happy to help you with whatever information you need to submit the claim.

Yes, all you have to do is select the option to pick up at Della’s at checkout and you’ll save on shipping costs. You can pick up your order on Weds - Sunday during Della’s normal business hours. We’re located at: 313 S State Street, Suite #6 (Upstairs), Ann Arbor, MI 48104
